We love our products and hope you do too! We take great care to crate and package each item to protect against damage. Each item has a different delivery time. There are lead times on some bespoke products, please call us directly for that information. In stock items are typically dispatched within two business days. Often times, our products will be shipped on a flatbed truck and require a forklift for delivery. If you have received an item that was damaged in transit, please email katie@bostonmarbleworks.com for a replacement.
Returns
As you can imagine, crating and shipping a heavy piece of stone is difficult and should be left to professionals, which is why we cannot accept returns at this time. If your piece arrives damaged we’re happy to replace it.
